you company on this epic journey. You are so close to running 5K now. I mean, it's exciting.

We've been on this journey a while and you're getting close to that big old 5K race.

So exciting.

So advise and I are your companions on this journey.

And basically we've been seeing you through the whole journey by keeping you company and trying to motivate you.

I mean, who's better than Mr. PMA himself?

So this is Block 5.

You've already done run one and just to liven things up.

We've got three runs this week and this is run two.

Run number two people and basically we're just going to break things up a little bit.

So as always, we've got a five minute walk and I think we should crack on with that, Jenny,

and then we'll explain what the run is during the warm.

The walk up, the warm up, the walk up, the warm up.

Three, two, one, people go.

Okay, so this is just the standard thing.

Every time you know it's coming, the five minutes, stretch it, bunny hop, do whatever it is you think makes you look cool but warms you up.
