It's not the only thing in finance.

Truly. You have a lot of people people a lot of really well-meaning

people that will tell you a lot teach you a lot about investing saving for the future

retiring early even if you want to get really aggressive and you want to

spend on that potential you have a lot of well-meaning employers that will

give it a go helping their employees be more financially well well I guess fit and we

at one have obviously specializing in that thing. What gets me,

what gets me though is a misordering of attacking financial wellness and it comes

it's a tricky one because you have truly really well-meaning employers

and they bring in a consultant they bring in a 401k expert and that that man or woman just stands there

and preaches in the most compelling way to these employees hey if you invest this

much in the 401k your company generously matches this much that already you're already getting a hundred percent return on your money

You know they match a hundred percent up to 6% or something like that

something great and then everything after that in the market is just gravy

and they're pointing to the power of compound interest and they're showing

not a hockey stick but just this unbelievable
