I will tell you that 30 plus years ago, when I learned DISC for the first time I was blown

away, and in fact, what we believe DISC offers, which no one else ever talks about, and that

is, insight to help you change how you behave with other people out of respect for them,

is the single most important thing, tactic technique I ever learned in my professional career.

I was stunned by how quickly I was able to improve relationships, which then immediately

led to improving results.

For those of you who don't know, I'm an engineer, I've led troops in the army, and was

very much a high D, very forceful, very no nonsense, and then when I became knowledgeable

about DISC and then became a salesperson, DISC was the thing that made me a successful

salesperson.

I discovered that more people liked me, and less people disliked me, because I was making

small changes in how I communicate with other people.

It was astounding to me, and those of you who know people well and have known it all

your life probably laugh, but there's a healthy portion of us in the world that need help,

and I'm one of them.
