All right, starting strength seminars coming up, February 17th through the 19th.

After that, April 14th through the 16th.

For training camps on the list, we do have a self-sufficient lifter camp on January 14th. That's in Wichita Falls, covering the squat, the press, and the deadlift, how to film yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique. For squat and deadlift camps on the list, we've added one to Long Island, January 21st, then Boston, January 21st as well at starting Strength Boston, February 25th in Cincinnati, Ohio

at Starring Strength Cincinnati. And then, of course, our first ever camp done entirely in

Spanish that's covering the squat and the deadlift. That'll be a January 21st in San Antonio

at Starring Strength San Antonio. I also have it on good authority that we will be adding camps

to Vegas, Phoenix, and Tampa.

So keep an eye out for those as well.
