Over the past weeks and months a lot of thinkers and writers and intellectuals have made big projections about the kinds of changes that the coronavirus will bring about.

Some people think that it is sure to be the end of globalization.

Others go even further, they say that our social lives will remain unrecognizable in the future.

That this may be the end of bars and cafes and restaurants and parties and mass gatherings.

Well, I have to say that I'm skeptical about some of these projections.
