Or is it Zadi Romeo? Listen, you guys can call me whatever you like as long as it's daddy.

And I know I wasn't ready for that. Okay. What were we talking about just talking about the

compliments your your family member gave you. Yes. So this is actually a compliment that I've

received before. And I think Kristen, you've received it. I mean, I know personally I've

given you this compliment where your openness to talk about mental health had me basically

pursue that that help that I needed. And it made me feel comfortable looking for it. And it was

this thing of you being so open and honest about it on the radio that it was easier to approach it

in that manner. And so when of course. And so I over the weekend, we were hanging out with my

family. And one of my cousins came over to me and we were having a side conversation.

And I think the drinks were flowing. So you know, like it gets to a certain point once you have

a few drinks that it gets a little emotional and that emotion conversation of like feelings come

out. And so I know she's going through a lot. And she just started thanking me for being so open

about my mental health on my anxiety and my depression. And being so honest about it on the radio

and like never been so afraid of just talking about it. And and also just kind of how I

growing up our family and the way they look at therapists and the way that you don't go to a

therapy unless it's like you're there was a there's a cultural difference for you and I. And I

think there's more of a stigma. And that's why you were more hesitant to be open with your

family about it. Right. Right. And so it was a weird thing because I was like very open about

it on the radio. But like with my family, it was like, no, we're not talking about this.

And because I don't know what it was. It's just made it easier to talk about it and hear

rather than with my family. And so with my cousin approaching me and she just basically said,
