She's also a professor at the National University for Political Studies and Public Administration

in Bucharest, Romania, her home.

And she's on the road at the Military Academy of Poland.

But I want to speak to Romania because in her reporting, she identifies

something I'm unfamiliar with.

Romania's row power nuclear facility under development with US technology and engineering

and investment.

This reminds me that Romania is at the frontier of the Ukraine war.

How is Romania and the US?

What is that relationship?

And this development of the nuclear power plant says that it's a trusting one.

Is that accurate?

I believe that is accurate for two reasons.

So Romania and the US have established a strategic partnership that has two components,

the military component and the economic component.

The military component basically regards everything for defense, for transatlantic defense

capabilities and improving the defense line in Eastern Europe, the containment line,

stretching from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea and Romania is a key state on that containment

line.
