Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another episode of the

Absolutely Not Podcast. I'm your host Heather McMahon. I just recorded an entire

12-minute intro and then I said I hate it. So here we go. Here's a thing I'm

really struggling and teetering with a you know I'm writing a fine line of being really burnt out and exhausted,

but also wildly grateful.

And I don't want to sound like a brat by bitching and complaining that I've done too much,

and I also want to say thank you so much for all the support.

But I have to be real with you.

Y'all have been on this journey since the beginning.

And your girl hit a rock bottom on Saturday.

Just to recap you, all last week, or the two weeks prior I was in LA, doing a ton of press, and then I flew home for 24 hours, then had to fly back to LA, and fly to New York to do a week of press.

And again, you would have told 10-year-old Heather, this is what you get to do for a living.

Absolutely. My little chubby fudgy fingers would have been like I can't wait.

But I had one of those moments about Wednesday of last week while I was on my press tour in

New York where I almost had a mental breakdown because I realized I had bit off a little bit more than I could chew.

And it takes a very mature responsible bitch to realize I said yes to too many things.

I know this will probably resonate with some people because we're all at that point right

now between Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas, you know, wrapping up the end of Q4, like everyone is doing
