Summary

In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade, Preet speaks with Jeannie Suk Gersen, a constitutional law professor at Harvard Law School and a contributing writer to the New Yorker. Gersen dissects the legal intricacies in the Dobbs decision, and discusses whether the Court would uphold a federal law banning abortion outright.  Plus, updates on the January 6th Committee hearings and the surprise testimony of ex-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson.   In the bonus for CAFE Insiders, Professor Gersen discusses whether people can change their minds on the issue of abortion.
