0:38.0	in Dobs, V. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade,
0:42.0	the 49-year-old precedent that secured the constitutional right to an abortion.
0:47.0	One of the core questions that issue in Dobs' decision is the so-called right to privacy,
0:51.0	which had been the basis for the abortion rights granted in Rome.
0:54.0	Gerson and I dig deep on that question of privacy.
