Many of us have experienced tremendous health, longevity, and the avoidance of preventable diseases through the wonders of medicine, but sometimes, it doesn’t work because we’re all complex individuals and sometimes, being able to take charge of the direction of your health utilizing science and principles that have now been adopted by alternative medicine, integrative medicine, and functional medicine, can help us manage our own health in the most effective way.
In today’s episode, I talk to Robert Hill, who is a research scientist that has helped people who have arthritis to reduce their suffering, about how to live a healthy life, food and exercise-wise. Robert shares with us his background and what determined him to change his eating habits.
