Summary
One year goes by so fast, but at the end of it, things slow down a bit, allowing us to reflect upon what has happened in the past 12 months. It’s always important to take that time and really give it a thought.
I advise you to end the year with a positive attitude and you can do that by acknowledging all the things you’re grateful for and all the lessons you’ve learned, that will guide you through the year to come.
In this episode, you will learn:
- What you should consider paying attention to, when thinking about the year that’s coming to an end. (02:13)
- Examples of things I am grateful for, this year. (02:41)
- Why it’s important to look back at what we’ve learned over the past year. (04:50)
- Planning and setting goals for the new year that’s coming. (06:16)
