absolutely not podcast on your host Heather McMan. How the hell are you?

When this comes out, it will be moments before, moments before I am on the stage at Radio City.

Let me tell you what my tits are hot. My legs are loose. The core is supported and your girl's ready

to bring the heat and giggles to the NYC. Can't believe it's happening. Can not believe it's happening,

but we're doing it. And I couldn't do it without y'all. And I'm so grateful for each and every one of you

who bought tickets, who bought flights, who bought, you know, drugs, whatever you have brought.

I am I am very honored and I'm excited. And you know, this time around, I'll tell you what, I

I'm going to bring in on a little inside scoop of however well I felt before one of the shows

in New York on the last tour. I had done a photoshoot that day and and like I had a bunch of

friends and family coming to the show and I just kind of like lost my shit. Like I fully had a

day, Kaffat Razzadone before the show because I had a panic attack. I got completely overwhelmed.

And you know, it's interesting on this leg of the tour or just this tour in general,

I feel like I'm like comfortable in my skin. I feel like I'm in the zone in the pocket,

dialed in. And so personally, one of the things that I have had a real like honest conversation

with myself about is in the moment. You know, I say it all the time, I say it on stage, be present,

be pleasant. And it's been a little bit of a it's been a challenge for me. Let's put it that way.

You know, because constantly in showbiz you're like, what's the next thing? When am I posting next?

When am I doing this? It's like creatively. You're just constantly just literally barfing.
