Well, the theme for this week, as I was mentioning, is so popular it is be the sky not the clouds and this is you full out being

authentic when you're experiencing conflict, a toxic person.

And when you do this, the toxicity are like little mood clouds passing through your sky so you

don't let them grow into big storm clouds because what happens is you get better and better at dealing with

the toxicity when you approach it with a plan and the most important component of that plan happens to be you full on showing up as who you are.

Now you can do this in a more outward way where you just completely ignore the person and go about

your conversation with others or whatever it was you might be doing, but that can be a little provoking or toxic on your part if there are other people

even though that person may have provoked you in some way.
