I have combated my indecisiveness and made a decision to release this

podcast every Monday. This will be a every Monday podcast from now on. I know it has been annoying to have episodes release on

Wednesdays or Fridays and then the next week it's a Tuesday and you know

whatever we are on schedule now for every Monday morning every Monday morning you should wake up and before you go into school or the factory or jail or wherever you are there will be a new episode available of the Therapy Gecko

podcast. So I just wanted to throw out that schedule that we got going every

Monday morning from now on. And hey if you like to watch your podcasts,
