and someone whose blog I've followed for a number of years,

and there's just some amazing stuff in there.

For those of you who aren't too familiar with the blog,

Richard was being one of the kind of main guys over the last couple of years that's pushed this whole resistant starch prebiotic fiber issue, especially within the ancestral template. And it's probably

one of those missing pieces that a lot of people who are following a real foods diet or an ancestral diet or a paleo or primal

or whatever the case may be were we're missing that piece of the puzzle the prebiotic fiber and

there's hundreds of posts at this stage on his site about that which we'll talk about later in the

show and I will link up in the show notes over

on sigma nutrition.com slash episode three two so with some of the stuff that Richard

has started to talk about over the last number of years I've seen a lot of parallels with

kind of my own evolution on a lot of things.

In today's show we talk about some of the problems with people who are not open to changing

their mindset, who are very closed off, particularly people in the low carb or extreme paleo or ketogenic kind of camps were saying

that everyone has to be doing this and we get into a bit of that which is I think a

discussion that needs to be had and so if that is something that doesn't sit right with

you then I apologize ahead of, but it's a discussion that

needs to be had. One other thing, in this episode there is some explicit language, so if you are

sensitive, that sort of thing, just a warning ahead of time, but I really, really enjoyed this

interview, I must say, and enjoyed this interview, I must say.
