I met Richard at Harvard in 2012 at the ancestral health symposium and he was one of the very

first guests on Fat Burning Man nearly five years ago.

I can't believe it's been that long and thanks to all of you who have been listening the

entire time.

So Richard and I reconnected last month in Austin and I was tickled by the fact that we've

both spent the past year so living off the grid and the wilderness in a trailer.

But we have lots of talk about in terms of being modern day nomads kind of living the hunter

gatherer lifestyle in the 21st century.

a challenge, especially if you don't want to break the bank.
