| 0:00.0 | Richard, thank you for joining. I appreciate you a lot for coming on. I was trying to think of ways to kick this off, |
| 0:05.8 | but I think we should just start with a very obvious question because I don't think too many people |
| 0:11.2 | understand or know anything about the world of wallpaper. |
| 0:15.4 | So what is one thing about your world that people have no idea about, that people have no clue when it comes to wallpaper designing building a business around it I guess |
| 0:30.8 | like the biggest misconception in your industry. |
| 0:33.0 | That's a really good question to start with like |
| 0:38.0 | and I guess it depends on which where you're angling that from. |
| 0:42.0 | If you're an American talking to an American |
| 0:44.4 | or an Australian talking to an Australian that makes wallpaper, because in Australia |
| 0:49.6 | you tell, I used to tell people in Australia what I did for a living and they'd be like wallpaper. |
| 0:54.5 | Is that a thing? Like they remember their parents bedroom and that was it and they never want to see it again. |
| 1:01.1 | So to an Australian they just forgot wallpaper even existed as a product. |

| 1:08.8 | But wait, just a second, like seriously? Like what year was this? |
| 1:12.3 | Oh, like like so Australians have really like pushed |
| 1:17.7 | the wallpaper out the door and it wasn't hasn't been the thing for quite a while. |
| 1:21.3 | I remember as a kid it was everywhere but you know now if you're |
| 1:27.5 | we're still working on wallpapers and make a comeback really. Where in the US.S. it's different. |
| 1:34.0 | It's, it's, it's, it's, work over has always been a thing, especially in a commercial environment. |
| 1:37.6 | Now it's coming back in full force into a residential, but, um, I guess you sort of don't think about, it's a bit like paint, like you look at it on the wall, but it just doesn't, you just don't compute, it's just one of those things. So as wallpaper as an industry no one really looked at who designs |
| 1:56.0 | wallpaper, how do they come up with this concept and how do they produce it and all those topics? Like no one, if you're not in the design world, you wouldn't even know what a roll of wallpaper costs. How much is it's not over? So yeah, it's just one of those things. You get sort of sucked in, it becomes your world, but if you're not, it's completely irrelevant. |
| 2:17.0 | Well, okay, so you're right, because most people do not buy multiple homes. They probably buy one home which is the most important |
