| 0:22.5 | with Movember, it is a nonprofit, a charity specifically designed to raise awareness around the |
| 0:30.5 | physical well-being and health of men. So their mission is to bring awareness to things like |
| 0:37.2 | testicular cancer, prostate cancer, |
| 0:40.0 | and how we as men can get ahead of the curve because there are some surprising facts, |
| 0:48.0 | some surprising data around men's health, physical health and well-being, things like testicular cancer often strikes |
| 0:57.7 | and hits men under the age of 35. So most men that will have testicular cancer, a lot of those |
| 1:05.6 | cases will actually happen in the late 20s and early 30s. And so Movember is bringing awareness to these types of things. |
| 1:13.0 | And a lot of men will deal with prostate cancer either, you know, in their, in their later years, |
| 1:18.8 | or it can happen earlier on. |
| 1:20.7 | So this is just a really lighthearted conversation to talk about men's mental, physical, |
| 1:27.2 | and emotional health and well-being, |
| 1:29.4 | how we can further those conversations, how we can connect with our, as Movember would call it |
| 1:37.6 | Mo Bros, or Movember Bros, to just have a different type of dialogues. We don't often talk about |
| 1:43.8 | our physical health. |
| 1:45.2 | I share a few personal stories. |
| 1:47.2 | Rich shares a few personal stories. |
| 1:49.2 | And we just sort of destigmatize a little bit around how to have these conversations around our physical health to encourage just the other men in our life to go in and get checked, to be aware of our physical well-being. |

| 2:10.9 | blood oxygen levels, my general heart rate, and just taking more care, more awareness into my physical health, |
