I came across this guy.

He's a food guy.

His name is K.J. Kearney.

And he was talking about rice people versus wheat people. And as he was breaking that thing down,

I was like, I am a rice person. I invited him on the show. And this is my first interview with KJ. Kearney, who is now going to be on the camera on the show quite frequently. I love this man.

So a couple of weeks ago, I played a clip from a gentleman who was talking about rice people versus wheat people.

And it touched my soul because I said, that's it.

You know, I'm trying to figure out how we have a conversation about the humanity here

and it not get into race because race is such a complicated,

nuanced discussion that few people are willing to actually have. So we can't have the race discussion,

but we can't have the rice people versus wheat people discussion. Matter of fact, take a listen.

On my post about car reviewers, there's a lot of people commenting who don't normally follow my account. So number one, thank you for joining us. And number two, there seems to be a growing obsession with keeping it real. Let me be clear. I'm not asking food reviewers to lie. I'm asking black food reviewers to not be harsh against black businesses. You can keep it real without being a dick. Because again,

I never said don't tell the truth. What I said is if you are going to levy criticism,

do it in a way that is productive, give some exact reasons why you don't like something. Just

saying that something is nasty or trash or my favorite, this is why it's hard to support

black businesses. You don't say that about white people businesses. You just feel real comfortable going on the internet, talking about black people. That is my problem. That is the only problem I have. And for those of you who are new here, I'm going to use food as a way to describe what's going on on this page. So you have a better understanding. You can find out if this is a page you want to follow or not right
