Well, hello there, Benoons. Hi, you're back back home in Austin. Safe and sound.

Yes, I was making fun of Adriana's, um, but my food at our show in Phoenix and hit my Achilles tendon on a chair.

And slowly, but surely it got worse and worse and I literally limped out of LA, all hung over after the crappies.

And I just came home and crashed face down on my bed and slept for like 12 hours. It was glorious.

So wait, so in Phoenix or Scottsdale, wait, so you hit your foot on the chair? Like how did you hit your

foot on the chair? Do you remember? Okay, so we were sitting on the chair and I, I had my legs kind of lifted

up because I was, I don't know, I was talking about that stupid, her wheelchair or something.

And then I like slammed forward to say something and then it slammed my Achilles tendon into the chair

leg. Wow, I don't know if I'm explaining that right, but it's a done incredibly stupid way.

Basically, that's what happened. I hurt my foot in an incredibly stupid way.

I hate that's that's almost always how it happens. Yes, never something hot. It's always some dumb

fucking way. Like I'm going to die by like, I know just like closing the dishwasher wrong and getting my

pinky, my pinky stuck in it and then it's going to turn on and electrocute me. You know, it's like,

I'm going to die some stupid way like that. Yeah, let me know what's funny. My friend Leah, she,

she just actually had surgery on her, I think her ACL or MCL on Friday because she got into,

she had a skiing accident and led to that. So I texted her, but like how's it going? She's like,
