As I touched on last episode, usually with the New Year comes New Year's resolutions.

Either way, over the next few days I will be discussing mindfulness concepts and how

For this episode we will be talking about the concept of patience.

Sometimes we want things to happen when we want them to happen, versus when they need

And when they don't occur, then we may shift into that space of judging ourselves in

This is particularly true in today's world where everything is just so immediate.

Case in point, let's take a look at television.

I was over at my brother's house a couple of weekends ago, spending time with him and

He's married with three kids, three young kids, ages 7, 4 and 2.

So needless to say, it is a bit crazy over there.

To calm the kids down, my brother puts on their favorite television shows.
