Hey everyone, it's me again. I am home safe and sound with our new baby girl. It has

been a tremendous journey and it's awesome to be home. I haven't gotten back to the

studio yet to start recording season three but I did want to pop over and say

hello and I wanted to share with you one of my absolute favorite episodes from last season.

This week's guest is Dula and business owner Erica Chidi Cohen.

I connected with Erica most likely on social media a few years ago.

There is a positive component to social media and there is a negative. I will tell my clients, I'm like no social media.

I'm like because I think it's so important for us

to hold on to our imagination

around what we see the experience looking like.

The diversity in the Dula space is kind of scarce. I love

Erica most because she is giving a voice to specifically women of color. I'm

first-generation Nigerian Americans.
