We have an interesting part two for all of you today, the revenge of the pending contract.

We received quite a few market summaries of what's actually going on inside your MLS's

inside your individual markets, and it's pretty much what we surmised yesterday on the podcast.

Like normal, the coast of the first to slow down,

and then it will basically be affecting the rest of the country, with the Midwest being last.

So what we're seeing is absolutely unquestionably a slowdown that's happening in the hottest

markets on the West Coast, the hottest markets on the East Coast.

We're unquestionably seeing a slowdown happen down in Florida.

This is where it all happened before. It happened in the exact same way. By before, I mean,

you know, back in 07. It happened in the exact same markets. And I, you know, not to freak

anybody out, but the other markets where we are expecting to see a noticeable slow down are going to

be Arizona and then in Nevada. And then then after that you're going to start seeing reports come from
