I really do enjoy creating this episodes for you, but we've kind of gotten to a place financially with the podcast where we weren't getting as many sponsors as we were hoping this, it sucks because there are a lot of kido brands out there that are willing to support the show, but a lot of them are garbage and a lot of them use really garbagy ingredients and his kido gains popularity.

Sadly, a lot of the ingredients and companies are being bought by other companies and

then those ingredients are garbage, their message is garbage and I'm just not okay with promoting that.

So it's been a challenge because it's so very easy to just say yes to the money and yes to the

ads so I could say yes to continuing, but I have pretty high standards as you've come to know on the

Keto Diet podcast and although if I would have said yes to a couple of brands that I

personally would never eat and never promote ever.

right for me. So we're switching down to just Sunday episodes.
