It was so good to be offline for a week and celebrate entering year 36.

Race Week, LF Gorge. Ryan's going to start by showing us our docket for the week because it's going to be

another full week of trailgating action beginning right here tonight on Rest Day Live. Part of our

docket is going to be covering the 30K race and some general storylines as we head into race week.

Tomorrow you'll hear the 100K race preview from Gorge, then the 50K on Wednesday.

We'll do elite men's and women's panels on Thursday.

And then starting Friday throughout the weekend, we'll do our recap shows with podium interviews.
