The 90-Day Reset helps anyone build steady, meaningful wellness through simple daily habits. In this episode, Laura Jacobs explains why real change happens over time and why 90 days gives your body the consistency it needs to feel better from the inside out. Laura also acknowledges that some may be familiar with shorter programs (30 Day Cleanse & Restore), and helps clarify how the 90-Day Reset expands those same principles in a gentler, more sustainable way.
You'll hear a clear, easy breakdown of the three-month flow: Month 1 builds routine, Month 2 supports gentle cleansing, and Month 3 reinforces everything you've gained so the habits stick.
Above all, this episode reassures customers that the 90-Day Reset isn't about perfection. It's about listening to your body, going at your own pace, and feeling supported every step of the way.

I'm excited to be here. I'm excited to dive into this with you. So how would you explain very simply? You have a really beautiful analogy of what is the 90-day reset. I love it. The word reset was chosen to indicate the resetting of one's bioterrain. |
| 0:41.2 | And the best way to understand that is to use a garden analogy. |
| 0:44.6 | And I like to personalize that because a couple of years ago, I didn't garden that year. |
| 0:49.7 | And the thing got radically out of control. |
| 0:51.7 | Because in other words, why would somebody need to reset their terrain? |
| 0:55.8 | Could things, could we grow weeds, metaphorically speaking, in our body? |
| 0:59.1 | And the answer is, yeah, we could grow weeds. |
| 1:01.2 | Instead of just chucking something in the weed pile and thinking that's going to make a difference, |
| 1:05.1 | instead we want to reset the terrain or maybe how you could think of it as your soil so that you're in the position to grow the wellness that you desire and harvest the health priorities and goals that you've |
| 1:15.5 | set forth for yourself. |
| 1:17.1 | All right. |
| 1:17.4 | So give us a visual. |
| 1:18.2 | What did your garden look like after you didn't take care of it for a year? |
| 1:22.8 | Somewhat like not taking care of your body, right? |
| 1:25.1 | So it was radically full of weeds, like embarrassingly |
| 1:28.7 | full of weeds. They were prolific. Yeah. Absolutely prolific. I think most of us when we walk |
| 1:34.4 | outside and we see a garden full of weeds, we're like, I'm going to turn around and go back inside. |
| 1:37.7 | That looks like too much work. So how did you get into it? Is it just go out there and like |
| 1:42.6 | muscle through it for like 10 hours? |
| 1:44.6 | Well, interestingly enough, maybe I was motivated for the same reason somebody might be motivated to wrangle their health. And that is I was with a friend who's a master gardener. And she just happened to drop this line. Did you know that your fall garden determines the condition of your spring garden. And I literally audibly gasp as I'm like, |
| 2:01.3 | I'm in serious trouble. So I said to my assistant, will you help me? And so we went out there and we |
| 2:07.1 | muscled it for three and a half hours and wrangled the darn thing. But what was so poignant for me |
