Now, this is not the first chapter of the book, but I think it stands alone pretty well. The only context you're going to need is about the term leverage points.

So this is a recurring theme in the book.

It's the idea that when you're trying to change the way things work,

you can't change everything at once.

You've got to hunt for leverage points, places where a little bit of effort can yield a disproportionate

return. So I picked this chapter, Chapter 2, because it has some New Year's resolutions vibes that
