Today we're going to be talking about how having laser focus on one specific goal will help your momentum basically just crush every goal out there.

So I want to start off by telling you about my morning. And so I got an Orange Theory fitness. It is a, like it's a fitness class, but how it's set up, it's like circuit

training. So there's a treadmill station, there's a rollinging station, and there's a weight floor station.

And I'm not a big runner.

I'm not a big cardio girl.

And so you would think that the treadmill would be my least favorite station.

But actually, rowing is my least favorite station.

And if you've never seen an indoor rowing machine, you sit on it

and you grab the handlebars and you lean back and you push off with your legs and you pull back

with your arms. And it basically mimics rowing like, you know, on a pond or on a lake somewhere. And so it's an indoor rowing machine.

really seen one. So you do this rowing machine. And during my workout this morning, we had two
