Today is a bit of a special episode.

It's the first time that I'm doing a rerun of a previously published episode.

And this one is with Solvay Lovsetett, the new Ironman World Champion, after her spectacular

race on Saturday in Kona.

This interview was originally published in episode 466.

So that was published in July and that's when I recorded the interview.

It was a couple of weeks after Hamburg or two,

three weeks after Hamburg and a couple of weeks before Lake Placid, Iron Man Lake Placid,

that is, that I did the interview and I think it was published just days before Iron Man

Lake Placid, which Solvai then ended up winning. We'll get right into the episode after a super quick admin item that I want to mention,

which is that I've started to use Spotify's poll function

so that every episode I release a poll asking you to rate that episode.

And if you use Spotify, it would be great if you start making a habit of just

opening the poll section

of that episode and giving me feedback through that poll. The only thing to keep in mind there

is that since I'm not hosting on Spotify but on a different platform, I need to manually upload

the poll, which means that it's usually available up to 12 or very rarely 24 hours after the release of each episode.

I try to make it within 12 hours.

Anyway, if you download the episode and listen to it right away as it is published,

then try to come back and rate the episode later in the day when the poll is available.
