1:55.8	of the show. And so many people are going through conversations like this, which are maddening conversations.
2:04.4	They're confusing conversations. They're used as a form of control. And you just kind of find yourself
2:11.4	chasing this tale that will never end until the other person, the abuser, the narcissistic abuser, wants it to end.
2:19.3	So this episode is to help you recognize that this is what is going on and the reasons why the
2:26.4	narcissistic abuser is doing such things.
2:29.8	So what is a circular conversation?
2:33.5	So these types of conversations are not meant to find understanding or compromise.
