Thanks, Brandon. It's really a pleasure to be on this podcast with you. And I want to begin by

again thanking you for the work you do. It has been a tremendous help to me as I navigate this

healing journey. And my story is interesting in some ways because it actually involves three generations,

three generations that I have experienced narcissistic abuse from.

So it begins with my mother, who I would describe as a grandiose narcissist.

She was emotionally abusive and manipulative my entire life.
