Summary

[Original airdate 11/8/24] Today we welcome back speaker, author, apologist Jay Seegert of The Starting Point Project. Jay speaks to audiences on the evidence for the existence of God, evidence for the inerrancy and Divine inspiration of the Bible, worldviews and our “starting point”; creation vs. evolution, and the ongoing Bible vs. science controversy. In this podcast we chat about the many issues and challenges we continue to face as the worldviews of biblical Christianity and secular humanism clash daily. Is the church prepared for these challenges, and if not, why not? We can always study more of course, but do we prioritize it? How can we do better as we see 2024 wind down, post-election? Of course there are spiritual attacks on our own lives, distracting us from the task at hand. Is it possible to be fluent in prophecy? Cult apologetics? A conversation about all the issues and how to better “apologize” for our faith.
