A fellow meditator, someone I have interviewed, someone who has been a guest on the show, was told last week that he was going to die.

And he is not accepting it.

He feels with certainty that he is going to full out live his life on his terms, not by what someone else has told him.

And when I asked him what I could do for him to support him right now, he told me to create this series for you on certainty.

So this is a series where you're guided in the theme, finding certainty in uncertain times.

Because the times we're living in are very special.

And you could look at them as fearful or exciting or dangerous.

Or you could look at these times as a way to break through former beliefs we've had, just as we always do.

If you think about some of the beliefs that existed, such as the world is flat.

Or when Roger Bannister in 1954 was the first to run a four-minute mile.

There are so many pioneering moments in the history of humanity.

And my friend is not going to allow a death sentence that was handed to him to define his path and don't you either.

Think about these times we're living and think about how you want to live your life.
