Allow your eyes to close and shift around until you're settled comfortably in your bed. Tonight,

let's feel how tightly you've been holding it all together.

How your shoulders have carried the weight.

How your jaw has been clenched to stay composed.

How your hands have been grasped to stay in control.

Tonight we can feel this grip and we'll let it soften.

Take a deep breath in.

And on your next inhale, tighten your toes.

Curl them inward and hold it.

Now release and let them go.

Now tighten your calves.

Flex your feet and feel the tension rise now exhale and let that tension melt mouth. Now, feel your thighs and squeeze every muscle there, feeling the grip.
