There is a lot of anxiety around the world these days

with the coronavirus pandemic and the uncertainty in the world.

And as you manage your own anxiety, you are this week

partaking in a very unique challenge,

and that is to give yourself a meditation makeover.

This is where you are invited to reflect on how you manage your stress each day.

So maybe at the end of your day or maybe midday,

you might think about how you're reacting to stressful situations.

I encourage you to keep a stress journal to notice what situations

in particular may trigger you to have a more negative response to stress.

Maybe it's people you're around. Maybe it's some place that triggers you

or something that you're doing that you find really stressful.

It could even be the rhythm and flow of your day to where you naturally feel more stressed

at a particular hour. Notice this.

Keep track of this in a journal and then give yourself a stress makeover

where you think about how you could have responded differently in a better way

to stressful situations in your life.

You'll be surprised at what you discover.

And I think what you'll be surprised most of all is how easy it can be.
