Mudras are often referred to as yoga in your hands. You don't have to do the mudra technique.

And you're not usually stressed when you're sitting in your meditation ritual, but it's when you're in the midst of your crazy busy day,

So the mudra today is called the sea mudra. It's TSE mudra and it's a simple mudra.
