Okay. So, I thought I would describe to you a sequence that can be a reference point for how to meet anything, how to be in the middle of whatever is happening. And it can be used in meditation.

It can be used when meditation is going to help you deal with the challenges of life.

It can be used in stepping forward out of meditation into the world and to find your way.

And sometimes it's nice to have a sequence, a series of practices to do.

And it makes a little bit easier to know what to do because this world is so complicated.

And so it begins by the practice of not knowing.

And so in meditation, it means you begin by not coming with knowing who you are,

knowing what you're about, knowing the situation, but preparing yourself to know. And this idea that we need
