A lot of us are really adept at creating a big compelling vision for our career

And so that was an eye-opening thing for me to just think about it more as a thing to

shoot for rather than just trying to fix things that are broken in a relationship.

We talk about how to communicate more clearly and we spend a lot of time talking about how to fight.

Personally I've been I've had like a rewiring in my brain of how I think about fighting.
