dive into a brand new week of taking care of ourselves. I am feeling so inspired right now.

So I just came back from a very, very long trip. And you know that

feeling when you get to unpack all of your bags and no matter how great your vacation was,

you get to get back into a steady routine and rhythm again. It feels so good. So I feel really

inspired to dive head first into my New Year's intentions. I haven't

focused on them as much as I would have being home, so when I've been away. And I feel motivated

and disciplined again and just so ready to amp up my self-care practices and to work on those goals, I set

for myself at the very beginning of the year. And since this is actually the very last week of January,

next week it's freaking February. So for some people, January just passes by so slowly. For me,

this month has just flown by.

And I think the last days of January is a really great time to reignite that inspiration that we felt at the beginning of the year, to move forward in that direction that we really want to be.

It's a step a little bit closer toward our dreams to get back into that steadiness of taking good care of ourselves and our people.

So when it comes to your intentions for 2026, we are a month in. How are you doing? How are you feeling? Do you still

feel motivated? How is your discipline? Have you taken some steps forward toward that thing you

want to make happen for yourself? Have you slipped? Have you completely forgotten about those

We are just going to step into action and let that action create inspiration, which will lead to motivation, which will lead to more discipline
