So, to begin, make sure that you're in a comfortable position where you can relax. It's best to keep your hands separated as you close your eyes now.

That's right. Just allow your eyes to close.

And take a moment to focus your attention on your breathing.

Notice the rate at which you're breathing in and out.

And as you focus on your breathing, I'm wondering if you can begin to imagine that you're

any stress or tension that's built up within you as you breathe in and out at your own

And in a moment, I'm going to ask you to visualize, imagine, or simply become aware that you're standing in front of a set of stairs that lead to a place of much deeper comfort and relaxation.

And I'd like you to imagine that these stairs are very shallow, safe, and easy to navigate.

And there is even a handrail on the side should you choose to use it and

when you're ready I'd like you to begin your journey down the steps and down into
