Before we drop into what we are looking for for this spring season, this is just a perfect moment in time to take a look |

| 1:05.0 | that moment. So a lot of time has passed. We've been through all of January, all of February, |

| 1:11.8 | It's been almost three months. And we are now standing at the very beginning of a new |
| 1:16.2 | astrological year. We're at the beginning of spring, which is naturally a very beautiful |
| 1:22.9 | and organic time to plant new seeds and reconnect with our intentions and to set new ones. And so I want you to |
| 1:30.5 | bring yourself back to the intention that you set for this year. If you did the practices with me, |
| 1:36.9 | you're going to have this very clearly outlined and written down somewhere in your notes on |
| 1:41.3 | your phone or your computer or in your journal in your notebook. |
| 1:49.6 | Ideally or hopefully you have a big intention for the year and then you have a bunch of little ones, right? Smaller goals, things that you might have broken down into different areas of your life, |
