So with that out of the way, how goes the road to the stage?

The road to the stage goes well after or in the last episode I called my shot I said that within the upcoming week I was gonna get below 240 that occurred so

Call me the bambino of gradual weight loss, I suppose.

Uh, so yeah, at this point, I'm, I'm waking up under 240 about half the time,

give or take. My, my trend weight is still taken down a little over a

pound a week and I've got some pretty big milestone some some additional pretty big milestones coming up which ultimately don't matter that much because

all of life is meaningless in the first place but but to me, to me they feel important.
