After a successful corporate career spanning two decades, working in the likes of Virgin Atlantic,

Vodafone and Costa Coffee.

Eleanor's world was turned upside down when she was made redundant.

Over the last few years since she has turned this career into a new beginning

and started her own company, another door, to guide others through redundancy

and help them to realise why it could be the start of something amazing.

On today's episode, Eleanor shares her advice for anyone going through the same situation.

Her top tips for maintaining a positive mindset in difficult times and how we can support

those we love through times of job instability. I really hope you love

experience redundancy myself, I'm often, you know, feeling fearful about the future or, you know,

what's going to happen to my career and where is it all going.

And I think this is something we've all experienced because there is no certainty necessarily.

And I think it really inspired me to think positively about it, to know that there's constantly

options, to constantly be growing and learning.
