It seems like we've never been more health conscious at the moment,

and yet obesity continues to be a huge issue.

Pretty much everything, really.

I think everyone is conscious of food in a certain way, following cookery programs on TV.

And we're being told what to eat all the time by the government and by health food shops

working because we're all getting fatter and getting more diabetes and less healthy. So I think

we need to have a hard look at the advice we've been given. And really a lot of these boils down
