This week we're exploring a theme we can all relate to.

And that is how to manage stress during the holidays.

So if you've already celebrated your holidays or maybe you're celebrating upcoming holidays,

but we are all celebrating the new year, the end of the year festivities.

And this is often referred to as the most stressful time of the year.

This is the time when many people's immunity is down due to stress.

And so in this week's series, I'm sharing with you inside and tips and meditations

to help you manage holiday stress.

In today's episode, you're going to be guided using a breathing technique.

Breathing techniques are one of the fastest, most effective ways to instantly calm your mind and your body.

This is a breathing technique that I hope will help you to reduce that stress you may be experiencing.

And you do have a challenge this week. This is a challenge where you go on a peace quest every single day this week.

You are encouraged to create a little peace for yourself.

That might be taking a little time to go for a walk, maybe sitting in the sun for a minute, maybe sipping some tea.

Maybe for you, finding a little peace means connecting with someone who inspires and uplifts you.

Take care not to find your peace or stress reduction on your devices.

So scrolling through Instagram or Facebook or whatever site you often find yourself when you're feeling stressed or with a little extra time.

Try instead to find peace within you.

In fact, that was our affirmation for this week. Peace is within me.
