Summary

"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

~ James Clear, "Atomic Habits"

This week, you'll be guided as you single-task, focusing on that *One Thing*. Get ready to amp your productivity! We'll be following along with the book, "Atomic Habits," by James Clear.

This is day 3 of a 7-day meditation series, Single-Tasking For Peace + Clarity, episodes 2369-2375.
