0:13.0	And today I'm going to bring this little mini series to a close with a part three.
0:17.0	And I'm going to do this around five questions.
0:19.0	Actually, I tweeted and I put on Facebook an invitation to send questions that you have around success and your struggles and challenges around defining it.
0:29.1	So what I've done is I brought them together and put them into five core questions.

0:42.9	do overlap such a large theme. And it's been very interesting to me as I was preparing for this,
0:47.2	how I realize this theme of success is so wide and profound that we could easily spend a couple more podcasts on it.

1:06.9	And actually, it came initially to me years ago with a young pastor who had a church of about 200 people, and he was just miserable because his church was really not growing numerically very much.
1:23.5	And it was thriving in other ways.
1:26.1	There was a lot of fruit and a lot of mission coming out of his church and people.
1:29.4	It was a very joyful community.
1:31.7	But he had this envy that just stuck in his throat and his soul like a thorn and he couldn't shake it.
1:41.4	And he just made pastoring miserable for him and leadership miserable for him.
