0:16.8	And I mean, so many leaders, pastors that I know, and I include myself in this, feel like losers.
0:24.5	What is wrong with me?
0:26.4	What happened?
0:27.6	Why don't I feel like I'm going anywhere?
0:29.6	And so it's a topic I've thought long and hard about over the years.
0:35.4	And so important, there will be a part three next week as well
0:38.9	but let me begin with a story the story of Moses in Numbers chapter 20 when he
0:44.5	along with his brother Aaron who's functioning kind of as a C-O-O they had been waiting
0:51.2	and working for 40 years to enter the promised land and And they've got almost 3 million people with them,
0:57.0	6003,000 men that they're managing, besides women and children.
1:02.0	And they're just so, they're ready to go, but their patience has been tested over and over again by people complaining,
1:08.0	criticizing them for lack of food and water and leaving them in a desert to die.
1:12.5	And Moses at this point is just exhausted and he's angry and he's resentful.
1:17.7	And so the Lord speaks to Moses.
1:20.3	People are complaining and tells Moses to speak to the rock before their eyes and the Lord will provide water.
1:27.6	But Moses is so angry.
