| 0:59.4 | suppose I decided to study psychology. I was always so interested in human behavior and what makes us different and why that's special and important. |
| 1:10.0 | And as I studied that, I also had some experience and the privilege of working in the field of social work. I was working with at-risk youth and I got to see how families that are less fortunate deal with many big challenges. |
| 1:27.0 | And I found that as I developed my career and got to see people from all walks of life, especially as I ventured into consulting and private equity, |
| 1:37.0 | that there are so many common elements of people overcoming challenges, of wherever they came from or whatever it was right in front of them. |
