Today I want to cover two essential skills to work with when struggling with anxiety and fear.

And in preparing for this episode, I did a lot of research.

And I came across a researcher at Boston University named Dr. David Barlow.

And I love the way that he talked about anxiety in his research. And he said that anxiety is a more elaborate form of fear. And I think that's just an

interesting way of looking at it. Anxiety is a more elaborate form of fear. And he described, Dr. David
